Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sparkling Dreams, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products and services, including our letter table rentals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the guidelines for returning rented letter tables and the associated refund process.

1. Reservation and Cancellation:

1.1. Upon placing an order for a letter table rental on our website, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

1.2. Cancellations made 5 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

1.3. Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20 percentage deducted from the refund.

3. Return Process:

3.1. The rented letter table should be returned in the same condition it was received, including all accessories and components provided.


3.2. Detailed return instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.

5. Refund Process:

5.1. If the letter table is returned in satisfactory condition, a full refund of the bond amount will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.


5.2. Refunds are subject to deduction for any applicable cancellation fees, repair costs, or missing items.

7. Disputes:

7.1. If you have concerns about damages, missing items, or refund amounts, please notify us immediately.


7.2. We will provide photographic evidence and documentation to support our assessment of the condition of the letter table.


2. Period and Return:

2.1. The rental period begins on the agreed-upon start date specified during the checkout process.


2.2. The letter table must be returned on the scheduled end date to avoid any additional charges.

4. Inspection upon Return:

4.1. Upon return, our team will inspect the letter table for any damages or excessive wear and tear beyond normal usage.


4.2. If any damage or missing components are identified, you will be notified, and repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the bond.

6. Damaged or Missing Items:

6.1. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear or missing components, repair or replacement costs will be assessed and deducted from the bond.


6.2. If repair or replacement costs exceed the rental amount, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.


6.3. If no refundable amount remains to cover the costs, you are responsible for paying the outstanding amount promptly.


8. Force Majeure:

8.1. In situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.) that prevent the rental from taking place, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, including rescheduling or a refund.
